About Us

Antoinett Atkins is the founder and senior consultant of The Atkins Consultant Group LLC, a OMWBE certified consulting company focused on helping businesses, organizations, and agencies scale and implement initiatives. Antoinett’s expertise ranges across project management, student career development, program management, development planning, coaching and DEI training in the workplace. 

Her industry experience encompasses sales, marketing, and nonprofit relations. She has 11 years of experience in the sales industry, 7 years of experience in the nonprofit industry, and 5 years of experience in the project management industry. Reinforcing her broad expertise is her passion for lifelong learning and her emphasis on project management to improve the quality of projects and cross functional team performance. 

Antoinett will help clients understand challenges and identify solutions from a variety of perspectives. Her broad management experience enables her to bring a unique point of view to difficult problems. She is a skilled listener with an ear for central themes of organizational challenges, which she combines with a collaborative approach to help clients drive productivity and lasting business results.  Antoinett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bennett College and a Project Management certification from the University of Washington.
